Are there any hidden fees beyond the monthly rate?
No. The monthly rate covers unit access, security monitoring, and general maintenance. A refundable deposit is required at sign-up, and optional add-ons like shelving or insurance are listed separately before you commit.
Can I change unit sizes after renting?
Yes. If your storage needs grow or shrink, you can request to move to a different unit size, subject to availability. Our team will adjust your billing to reflect the new rate starting the next billing cycle.
What is the minimum rental period?
Our standard agreements run month-to-month with no long-term lock-in required. Renters who commit to six months or longer on Business units receive a discounted monthly rate.
How do I pay for my storage unit?
Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, or card at our Mansoura facility. Invoices are issued monthly in advance, and we'll notify you ahead of each renewal date.
What happens if I need to cancel my rental?
You can cancel with the notice period stated in your rental agreement, typically 14 days. Any prepaid balance for unused days is refunded, and your deposit is returned once the unit is cleared and inspected.
Is insurance included in the price?
Basic facility security, including CCTV and controlled access, is included in every plan. Contents insurance is optional and can be added at sign-up for an additional monthly fee based on the declared value of stored items.
